Notice on Soliciting public comments on the Statutory Technical Rules for Inspection of High-speed Passenger Ships from the Pearl River Waters to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (2024 Amendment Notice) (Draft for Comment)
In order to promote the coordination of ship technical standards between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, improve the safety level of high-speed passenger ships, and protect the water environment, the Bureau has formulated the Statutory Technical Rules for Inspection of high-speed Passenger Ships from the Pearl River Waters to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (2024 Amendment Notice) (Draft for Comment), which is now open to the public for comments. The public can provide feedback through the following channels and methods: 1. Email: msachuangui@163.com. 2. The deadline for feedback is September 20, 2024.
