Notice of Liaoning Maritime Safety Administration on the promulgation of the Provisions on the Principal Responsibility for the Implementation of Navigation Safety by Above-water and Underwater Operating Units of Liaoning Maritime Safety Administration






The Regulations on the Principal Responsibility of the Above-Water and Underwater Operating Units of Liaoning Maritime Administration for the Implementation of Navigation Safety are hereby promulgated, which will come into force on January 1, 2023 and will be valid for five years. The Notice of Liaoning Maritime Safety Administration on the Promulgation of the Measures for the Implementation of Main Responsibilities for Navigation Safety in Water and Underwater Activities (Liaoning Sea Navigation [2020] No.113) shall be repealed at the same time.
